Request Assistance

Go to main menu

Enter a departure and destination station to request assistance on Hankyu Trains.

You can submit a request at any time, 24 hours a day. To ensure smoother service, we recommend sending requests at least 30 minutes before departure.

Requests submitted during times when station staff are unavailable, or for departures scheduled in the early morning or late at night, it may require additional time to arrange assistance. We recommend submitting your request as early as possible.

Review the options you have selected. You must Log in or Create an account to make a request.

Complete your request

Submit your request and receive an email confirmation.
